Thanksgiving

This was Thanksgiving week. Grandma Janis drove down on Sunday and Grandpa Tom and Aunt Lara came on Wednesday. There were a couple of folks away in our complex so we were able to have them all stay in our apartment complex which made things much easier.

For Thanksgiving we went to restaurant at this nice hotel called Shutters. This was the first time we brought Amelia to a restaurant so we were a bit nervous about how she would act. Both my parents and Allyson's parents were there for dinner as well as my sister.
We're glad we went to dinner--no one had to cook and the clean up was super easy!
"Thankfully", she slept through most of the meal. It wasn't towards the end that she stated getting fussy, which we solved by giving her a bottle. She actually didn't even scream that much when we put her back in the car seat.

It was a pretty action packed week. All the family left Sunday afternoon. it was great to having them all here, but it's nice for it just to be us 3 as well.
