Amelia has found her voice!

Amelia has found her voice! It's so darn cute I can hardly stand it. I'm hoping to get a video posted soon. Eric has to show me how to properly download the stuff from the video camera.

Last weekend Grandma Janis came to town. I asked her to come Thursday night instead of Friday morning so I could go to the DMV. In all of this baby stuff, I forgot to renew my license! Oops. It actually went surprisingly well and I was in and out of there in 1/2 hour. As the saying goes, "The early bird gets the worm!" How true. I figured, hey, I'm up at the crack of dawn anyhow... might as well be the first one there!

On Saturday last weekend, we all visited Kathrnia D. who had a baby on March 10th. Ava is really beautiful and so tiny! I can't believe Amelia was ever that small! Something else we did was look for a new apartment. I think the one bedroom is just getting too small! Though we actually saw some two bedrooms which were not much bigger. I would rather stay here and be a little cramped, than move somewhere out of the area for something I don't love. It's great to be able to walk everywhere!

Last Sunday I went to a taping a mom's group for the Pump Station. There were apx. 10 moms and two moderators (the owners of the PS) and a small filming crew. Amelia did such a great job! She was the only baby who didn't cry AND the only one who took a nap! It wasn't a long one, but I was proud of her for being so well behaved! She smiled and babbled and looked at everything. It was a great day!
